1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is:

  • Not as described
  • Damaged upon arrival

you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or full refund, as required by law.

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Photos or video showing the fault/damage

We’ll assess your claim and offer the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

3. Returns Process

If your return is approved:

  • We'll provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
  • Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or replacement.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
